Mysteries are a normal part of Christianity. People who are rich with the gospel and its mysteries are strengthened in their service. The additional knowledge that they receive assures them of their faith and drives them to further their service to the Lord.

“Now to him that is of power to establish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began, But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith;” – Romans 16:25-26

Paul preached the gospel through revelation of mysteries. His message was not of man, but was revealed to him by God through Jesus Christ. And this is likewise true for the Pentecostal Missionary CHURCH of CHRIST (4th Watch) in the person of Apostle Arsenio T. Ferriol. Of course there are common pieces of knowledge in the Church, like the knowledge of hell, but there are truths in the 4th Watch and even in the preaching of Paul that was only revealed to Paul. The Rapture for example, and that the Jews and the Gentiles will be one in the Church, these were mysteries revealed to Paul.

And so it is with Apostle Arsenio Ferriol, there are many truths that the Church believes in, which were not inherited from the 3rd Watch church but were revelations the Apostle received from the Lord. So the preaching of the gospel, coupled with the mysteries from God, strengthens both the Church and the believers.

That’s why the End-Time Church needs an apostle with revelations from God – that “they may be established in faith and be prepared for the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.” It is only through the apostle that the Church will be prepared for Christ’s coming. It is through his teachings, examples, leadership that knowledge and service in faith in the Church will be restored and perfected.

Iniquity is at work. Ever since the fall of man, the battle between good and evil, light and darkness, has been waging and God’s people has always been caught in the middle. The word Satan in fact means “the adversary” and he stands always against God and those in God’s side. And God’s side is the Church; if we want to be in the side of God, we must be in the Church.

The End-Time will be a manifestation of Satan’s wrath, because Satan wants to reveal himself in the flesh. This is why man acts as sinfully as he does, the father molesting his daughter, the brother killing his father, the rich stealing millions…man does not fully comprehend why he does these things. Iniquity has always been at work since the fall of man, but it is only in the End-Time when we see the height of Satan’s moves. That’s why the End-Time will be harder and we will need more determination, more strength, more show of love to be able to do the work of the Lord.

“Beyond all question, the mystery of godliness is great; He appeared in a body, was vindicated by the Spirit, was seen by angels, was preached among the nations, was believed on in the world, was taken up in glory.” – 1 Timothy 3:16

God was manifest in the flesh in the incarnation of Jesus Christ. God is invisible but God wants to show people that He is alive, that He cares, and that He wants to be a part of our lives. God is aching to manifest Himself to people, but He can only do this through whom He has saved, His children.

“For the eyes of the LORD range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him…” – 2 Chronicles 16:9

This is the same thing that Paul experienced in his life, that God manifested Himself in Paul’s life through Jesus Christ.

“But when God, who set me apart from birth and called me by his grace, was pleased to reveal his Son in me so that I might preach him among the Gentiles, I did not consult any man.” – Galatians 1:15-16

In essence Paul became the manifestation of Jesus Christ. That is why those who accepted Paul accepted him as Christ Himself because Paul manifested the attributes of Christ – the Lord’s patience, uncompromising love, the concern, the power. So when God reveals Himself through and in a person that would be holiness par excellence. In fact this is Christianity; God shares His nature in us.

“Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature and escape the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.” – 2 Peter 1:4

When we accepted Christ as our personal savior, being born again means partaking of the divine nature of God. This is the only way to escape the corruption that is in the world through lust. This nature of God in us will have no part in the lust of the world.

“No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God’s seed remains in him; he cannot go on sinning, because he has been born of God.” – 1 John 3:9

Thus our lives are a daily choice to decide on whose nature we will follow. That’s why we should walk in the Spirit and we will not fulfill the lust of the flesh (Galatians 5:16) but instead we will bear the fruits of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22).

Amidst this conflict between God and Satan, between good and evil a sound will come which will be heard by all, the sound of angels, will mark the end of the fighting and the Church will be gathered and brought up to meet the Lord on high. This is the rapture in Revelation.

“In a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.” – 1 Corinthians 15:52

And Christ will receive a Church that stands strong against the enemy. The Church will experience growth in the labor of love because they know through the teaching of the Goodman of the House that the time is near. We will not be a faltering Church, in fact we will experience growth in numbers and in our evangelism of the gospel throughout the whole world because we will be clothed with God’s power.

“Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.” – Ephesians 6:13

These mysteries are what drive us to change our lives to God-centered lives, to seek the things of Jesus and not ours. Because we know that Satan is working in the world, and that God is also working in the world through His Church, we decide to choose God’s side. And because we know that the time is near and that Christ will come in our time, and that no matter how hard sometimes our lives may get we will still dedicate ourselves to God, give our lives to Him because there will be a time when God will welcome us in the heavens.
