Tagaytay Locale Church Inauguration 2026

marked a historic milestone for the Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch) as Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol led an Apostolic Visitation and the dedication of the new house of worship in Tagaytay on April 19. This sacred gathering reflected unity, breakthrough, and spiritual growth as members and leaders came together in worship, thanksgiving, and celebration of God’s continuing work in the Church.

TAGAYTAY, CAVITE – Chief Executive Minister Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol led the inauguration of the new house of worship for the Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch) Tagaytay Locale formerly Alfonso Locale on April 19. This event included an Apostolic Visitation aimed at strengthening every locale church through God’s Word and the presence of the church’s Apostle.

Tagaytay Locale head ministers, Pastor Eunice Ferriol-Quizol and Pastor Jonathan Quizol, expressed gratitude for this first-ever visitation and the Apostle’s leadership in the inauguration. They shared that they had been praying for this moment, viewing it as a testament to God’s visitation in their locale.

“We’ve been earnestly praying for his presence. Pinapanalangin namin ng ilang buwan na… We are earnestly waiting for his presence. It is our great joy that we have him today,” Ptr. Eunice said during her opening remarks.

Breakthrough Through God’s Work

Formerly known as Alfonso Locale, the church was officially declared Tagaytay Locale by Apostle Jonathan.

Hundreds of Tagaytay Locale members, joined by other Cavite District members, joyfully witnessed and welcomed the Apostle as he led the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new house of worship.

“Truly, this is a very special day for all of you because we are going to inaugurate your new house of worship. Our breakthrough here is a breakthrough for all the work of the Lord,” Apostle Jonathan said during the ceremony.

In his social media post, he expressed amazement at God’s work in the locale, highlighting unity as the key to the event’s success.

“Warm congratulations to the newly christened PMCC (4th Watch) of Tagaytay on the unveiling of your newer house of worship! I was particularly impressed by the strength of our brethren’s faith as well as partnership with the local leaders headed by Pastor Jonathan and Pastor Eunice Quizol!” (Facebook / Jonathan S. Meanwhile, Pastor Eunice emphasized strong belief in the teachings of the late Apostle Arsenio Ferriol and living Apostle Jonathan, stressing that service to God must be excellent, not mediocre. As they pursue further improvements, she believes God will continue to empower the locale church through their prayers.

“As we look back, we recognize that this growth, this unity, and this pursuit of excellence did not happen by chance. It is the fruit of godly leadership and a people willing to follow God’s direction.

And as we move forward, we hold on to the truth that it is only the beginning of greater things ahead. The same God who has sustained us will continue to lead us into even greater glory.” (Facebook / Eunice Quizol)

Triumph Comes from Unity

Success and triumph in every situation stem from unity. During his Apostolic Visitation message, Apostle Jonathan urged the congregation to unite in Jesus, with his sent ones, and among themselves.

“Itong lugar na ito ay napakaganda. At ito ay mas gaganda pa sa mga panahong darating. Ang mahalaga ay magkaisa lamang tayo,” he said.

The Apostle told the congregation that church growth is neither easy nor cheap—it requires unity and the honest, strong leadership of his sent ones at all times.

“Hindi mura ang pagpapalago. You need to invest more in your life and your resources. Malaki ang hinihingi ng paglago. Kailangan tayo ay mas malaki sa sanlibutan, mas dakila kaysa sanlibutan,” he added.

He also reiterated what the late Apostle Arsenio had told him before passing: the church must remain united, or there will be no victories.

In full spirit and with the mind of Christ, Apostle Jonathan assured the brethren of exponential growth across the Cavite District, under the guidance of Archbishop Arturo Ferriol, Presbyter Lily Ferriol (District Coordinator), Pastor Eric Garcia (Sub-District Coordinator).

“Ako’y nagsasalita sa espiritu, dito sa Tagaytay at sa iba pang mga lokal na Iglesia dito sa Cavite, palalaguin kayong mainam dito, mas aayusin kayo dito.” he concluded.
