Global Apostolic Visitation Saipan 2026

Last March 15, the blessed locale church of the Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch) in Saipan experienced the fullness of God’s love through the visitation of Apostle Jonathan Santos Ferriol. The sacred gathering took place at Crowne Plaza Resort Saipan, where members came together in worship, united in faith and gratitude.

Saipan is the largest island and capital of the Northern Mariana Islands, situated in the northwestern Pacific Ocean, approximately 1,200 miles east of the Philippines and 3,700 miles west of Hawaii. This geographical context made the Apostle’s visit more meaningful.

What stood out the most in this visit is the Saipan brethren’s unwavering faith and zeal, reminding us that no geographical isolation, no stretch of ocean, is ever too great for God’s work to reach and thrive.

God’s Promise to a Distant People

Apostle Jonathan highlighted this testimony in his message, which he titled “God’s Promise to a Distant People,” drawing inspiration from Acts 2:38-39.

Though Saipan’s far-flung location might give its members a sense of isolation, as if they are not part of the grand scheme of things, the Apostle encouraged them to see differently, to embrace God’s perspective and understand the crucial role they play in His grand design.

“Before God, there is no island too far, no country too far, no person too far. You are as near to God as those in the continental United States, Europe and anywhere else. Saipan is near to God.”

No matter how distant the brethren of Saipan and other global churches may feel, or how separated they perceive themselves to be, divine nearness is not bound by geography, circumstance, or human limitation. The Apostolic visitation is a manifestation of His desire to reach every heart.

“You are not far from God. You are not separated from God. He wants to reach out to you. He wants to extend His provision, blessing and favor to you,” the Apostle said with conviction.

In light with this, Apostle Jonathan conveyed a potent truth:

“When God is about to reach people, when God is about to reveal His people to a generation, He raises a man. He raises His messenger. He raises someone that will do His bidding.”

Indeed, it is in moments like these that we witness the wonder of God’s timing and purpose. The Apostle’s visitation was more than a journey across the Pacific; it was a tangible manifestation of God reaching out to His people across nations.

When He seeks to touch a generation and fulfill His divine plan, He raises an instrument of His will to enact His purposes on earth.

The message of God through Apostle Jonathan is clear and stirring: we are never beyond God’s reach, and His plans for us are alive, unfolding, and profoundly personal.

Honoring the Pillars of Saipan

Moreover, Apostle Jonathan expressed his deep joy to the brethren. In this spirit, he recognized and lauded the invaluable contributions of district leaders, Presbyter Gallagher Concepcion and Presbyter Rhodora Ramos. Their wise spiritual leadership and commitment continue to nurture and strengthen the churches, guiding them with genuine love and sacrifice in shouldering responsibilities far beyond their local communities.

He also commended the gracious hospitality of Pastor Marcos and Arbi de Vera, whose heartfelt dedication and diligent efforts made the Apostolic mission both impactful and truly memorable.

Apostle Jonathan acknowledged as well the presence of Saipan’s community leaders, highlighting the collaboration between church leaders and local partners in sustaining spiritual growth in the region.

A Call to Prayer and Renewal

As the service drew close, Apostle Jonathan led the congregation in a powerful prayer, lifting up not only the brethren but also their guests.

He extended a heartfelt invitation for those burdened by physical or emotional ailments to come forward and receive prayer creating a sacred moment of surrender, healing, and renewed hope.

It was a moving reminder that wherever God’s people gather, His presence brings restoration, strength, and divine assurance.

A Living Testimony of God’s Global Work

The Global Apostolic Visitation in Saipan stands as a powerful testimony that the work of God continues to move mightily even in places considered distant by the world.

Across oceans and nations, His message remains the same:
He reaches. He restores. He calls His people closer.

This visitation affirms that the Church is not limited by geography. It is alive, growing, and sustained by the unchanging promise of God to be near to His people wherever they may be.

Because in Faith We Must Continue

Be part of a growing community of faith and experience the continuing work of God in this generation.
