On October 27, PMCC (4th Watch) churches worldwide gathered in unity for a significant event: the Global Memorial Service in honor of the late Goodman of the House, Apostle Arsenio T. Ferriol. His appointed successor, Chief Executive Minister Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol, delivered a heartfelt sermon at the AATF Sports Complex in Imus, Cavite, inspired by II Peter 2:10-11. The message, titled “Remembering and Renewing our Apostolic Calling,” urged the congregation to hold steadfastly to the faith foundations laid by Apostle Arsenio.
Reflecting on the late Apostle’s enduring influence, Apostle Jonathan shared poignant memories and wisdom passed down, recognizing his father’s more than fifty years of unwavering ministry that has shaped the Apostolic 4th Watch faith. The service was a call for the brethren—whether at the sports complex or in their local churches—to keep their Apostolic Calling close to heart, following the legacy that continues to guide the Church’s end-time mission.
The solemn service included a series of personal testimonies from notable church members. Bro. Elmer Oracion, Sis. Maribel Chua, and Presbyter Mona Quillao, District Coordinator for Southern Metro Manila, spoke of their experiences and profound learnings from Apostle Arsenio. The brethren also watched a special viewing of his 1992 televised message, rekindling memories of his bold conviction and steadfast guidance.
Further honoring the late Apostle, Archbishop Arturo Ferriol and First Evangelist Presbyter Leticia S. Ferriol offered tributes, alongside the congregational singing of hymns led by Sis. Reshen Vallespin—hymns that Apostle Arsenio held close to his heart. The El Avashir Choir, Zion Chamber Singers, and Sphragis String Quartet performed stirring musical pieces, adding depth to the solemn celebration.
The service was made more memorable with the unveiling of the special memorial edition of The Goodman of the House book, chronicling the Apostle’s pre- and post-interment events. This book, presented by 4th Watch Media and Presbyter Sam Ferriol to Apostle Jonathan, serves as a lasting tribute to Apostle Arsenio’s life, values, and devotion to the ministry.
As the service concluded, Apostle Jonathan, along with Evangelist Leticia Ferriol, their family, and the Council of the Apostle, honored Apostle Arsenio with a wreath-laying and the offering of lilies, reflecting their deep love and respect for the beloved Goodman of the House.
PMCC (4th Watch) recognizes the immeasurable legacy left by Apostle Arsenio T. Ferriol—the Apostle who brought countless believers to a closer understanding of God and a deeper love for Christ in anticipation of His return. As the Church moves forward, it carries with it the mission, strength, and Apostolic vision of Apostle Arsenio through Apostle Jonathan’s continued guidance in this new chapter of faith and history. Maranatha!
