Leyte-Samar District Camp 2026 brought together brethren from the Leyte and Samar Districts of the Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch) for three days of worship, biblical instruction, fellowship, and spiritual renewal. Held from June 2–4, 2026, at the PMCC (4th Watch) Tacloban Locale, the gathering centered on the theme, “Maturity in Christ: The Goal of Every Believer” (Colossians 1:28), challenging delegates to deepen their relationship with God and pursue spiritual growth.
TACLOBAN CITY, LEYTE, PHILIPPINES — June 2–4, 2026 — Brethren from the Leyte and Samar Districts of the Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch) gathered in faith and fellowship during the Leyte–Samar District Camp 2026, a three-day event centered on the theme, “Maturity in Christ: The Goal of Every Believer” (Colossians 1:28).
Hosted at the PMCC (4th Watch) Tacloban Locale, the camp brought together church leaders, workers, youth, and members from across the two districts. Through worship services, biblical teachings, seminars, competitions, and ministry fellowship, delegates were challenged to pursue deeper spiritual maturity and strengthen their commitment to God’s work.
Leyte – Samar District Camp 2026 Opens with Worship and Fellowship
The camp officially began on June 2 with an early morning dawn devotion featuring songs of praise, prayer, testimonies, and the preaching of God’s Word. Pastor Arturo Villanueva from the PMCC (4th Watch) San Jose, Antipolo Locale delivered an inspiring message that encouraged delegates to remain steadfast in their faith.
Later that day, the Opening Service formally launched the Leyte–Samar District Camp 2026. The sanctuary was filled with excitement as brethren from various locales reunited in Christian fellowship.
The Leyte–Samar Praise and Worship Team led the congregation in heartfelt worship, creating an atmosphere of gratitude and spiritual expectation. Delegates were also welcomed through remarks delivered by Pastor Dhang Tillo, Head Minister of the PMCC (4th Watch) Tacloban Locale.
Special presentations from the Catbalogan and Tacloban Locales enriched the service, while a video presentation featuring highlights from Luzon Camp 2026 inspired attendees.
The evening’s highlight came through the message of Presbyter Reuben Ventura, who encouraged believers to pursue spiritual maturity as an essential goal of every follower of Christ.
Spiritual Training and Ministry Development Mark Day Two
The second day of the Leyte-Samar District Camp 2026 focused on spiritual growth, leadership development, and ministry training.
Morning devotion and worship services featured messages from Pastor Loreto Cabantog and Bishop Samuel Ferriol, who challenged the congregation to deepen their relationship with God and grow in Christian maturity.
Throughout the day, separate seminars were conducted for the Adult Department and Youth Department.

The evening featured ministry testimonies, special musical presentations, and inspiring messages that celebrated the faithfulness of God’s people in various ministries. Songs rendered by the Carigara Locale and the Libagon Locale Duet uplifted the congregation and added to the spirit of worship.
Bishop Samuel Ferriol delivered a stirring sermon that encouraged believers to remain steadfast in their calling and continue serving God with passion and dedication.
The evening concluded with singing competitions and a preaching contest, showcasing the talents, creativity, and biblical knowledge of delegates from different locales.

Bible Quiz competitions for both adults and youth provided opportunities for delegates to strengthen their understanding of God’s Word while fostering fellowship and healthy interaction among participants.
During the afternoon seminar, Presbyter Jim Bigalbal delivered a message focused on the camp theme, reminding attendees that spiritual maturity remains the lifelong goal of every believer.
Dedication Night at Leyte-Samar District Camp 2026
The spiritual climax of the Leyte-Samar District Camp 2026 came during Dedication Night.
Church leaders, ministers, and delegates gathered for a final worship service marked by prayer, thanksgiving, and renewed commitment to God. Worship presentations from the Libagon Locale Choir and the Leyte and Samar District Choir prepared the congregation for the final message of the camp.
Introduced by Presbyter Jim Bigalbal, Bishop Samuel Ferriol delivered a powerful closing charge, urging delegates to bring the lessons learned during the camp back to their local churches and communities.
