CLERiC 2026 Begins: Global Church Leaders Gather for Spiritual Renewal and Leadership Growth

AATF Global Prayer Mountain, Philippines — Church leaders from around the world gathered at the AATF Global Prayer Mountain from June 14–17 for the inaugural Church Leadership Enhancement & Review International Conference (CLERiC) 2026, a landmark event aimed at strengthening spiritual leadership, ministry effectiveness, and global fellowship within the PMCC (4th Watch).

The four-day conference brought together church overseers, coordinators, sub-coordinators, council members, cabinet members, and ministry leaders, providing a unique platform for spiritual renewal, leadership development, and collaborative growth.

The event opened with a powerful worship service highlighted by an inspiring message from Bishop Osinando Quillao, who emphasized steadfast faith, faithful service, and unwavering commitment to God’s work. He encouraged attendees to remain focused on their divine calling and responsibilities despite the challenges of ministry.

Setting the tone for the conference, Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol, Chief Executive Minister of the PMCC (4th Watch), challenged delegates to view CLERiC 2026 as an opportunity for honest self-evaluation, personal growth, and spiritual empowerment. He urged leaders to serve with excellence, humility, and renewed passion as they fulfill God’s purpose in these critical times.

Strengthening Leadership for Effective Ministry

Throughout the conference, participants engaged in leadership development sessions, presentations, and strategic discussions designed to enhance church administration and ministry effectiveness.

Under the guidance of Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol, delegates reviewed key church policies and District Management Guidelines aimed at promoting organizational excellence and strengthening leadership practices throughout the ministry. These sessions provided practical direction and valuable insights for leaders serving in various capacities.

Breakout sessions also encouraged meaningful dialogue and collaboration among delegates from different districts. By sharing experiences, challenges, and best practices, participants strengthened leadership networks and reinforced their commitment to advancing the Church’s mission.

A special Fellowship Hour further fostered unity and encouragement among attendees. During the gathering, Apostle Jonathan reminded participants of the spiritual power entrusted to every believer.

“We are being called to a spiritual awakening. We need to understand that there is power within us, and that power comes from God.”

His message inspired renewed confidence, faith, and dedication among church leaders.

Embracing Spiritual Awakening and Collaborative Growth

The conference also featured enriching seminars that equipped attendees with practical guidance and biblical insights for effective service in God’s end-time work. These sessions reinforced the principles of servant leadership, spiritual growth, and faithful stewardship while remaining firmly grounded in apostolic doctrine and biblical truth.

One of the most significant moments of CLERiC 2026 was the Dedication Night, where leaders gathered in worship and recommitted themselves to God’s calling. Evangelist Leticia S. Ferriol delivered a stirring message that challenged attendees to remain faithful, consecrated, and steadfast in fulfilling the ministry entrusted to them.

Beyond leadership training and spiritual enrichment, delegates also enjoyed fellowship through a Pickleball Tournament, which brought energy and camaraderie to the conference. The activity provided opportunities for participants to strengthen relationships while enjoying friendly competition with fellow workers in God’s vineyard.

A Historic Milestone for the PMCC (4th Watch)

As the first-ever Church Leadership Enhancement & Review International Conference, CLERiC 2026 marked a significant milestone in the history of the PMCC (4th Watch). Initiated by Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol, the conference was established to strengthen leadership practices, deepen spiritual wisdom, and reinforce the apostolic values that guide the Church’s global ministry.

As the conference concluded, delegates departed renewed, equipped, and inspired for greater service. Through impactful messages, leadership seminars, fellowship activities, and moments of spiritual enrichment, attendees gained valuable insights and renewed determination to fulfill their God-given responsibilities and advance the mission of the Church in their respective fields of service.
