Hundreds gather at PMCC 4th Watch Headquarters for three days of hands-on training, inspiration, and spiritual growth

Marikina City, Philippines — The Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch), through its dynamic media ministry arm, 4th Watch Media, successfully launched the 4th Watch Media Festival 2025 from June 12 to 14 at the Church’s international headquarters in Marikina City.

Held under the theme “Your Creativity, for His Glory,” the three-day event gathered hundreds of media missionaries from across the country for a series of intensive workshops, seminars, and spiritual enrichment sessions. The festival aimed to equip, educate, and empower media workers in the Church to use their creative gifts in advancing the gospel message through modern platforms.

Designed to deepen both skill and spiritual conviction, the 4th Watch Media Festival 2025 featured a structured learning environment that addressed various disciplines in church media. Attendees were grouped into three specialized tracks tailored to their area of service and interest:

  • Track A: “Storysmith” – focused on writing for television and radio, research, and content development.

  • Track B: “The Visionaries” – offered training in directing, cinematography, and hosting.

  • Track C: “Creator’s Lens” – concentrated on photography, graphic design, and mobile journalism.

The festival featured a notable lineup of speakers from both the mainstream media industry and the Church’s own media ministry. On the first day, sessions were led by Paulo Joseph Sico, Sheila Maluping, Menchie Silvestre, Audrey Gorriceta, Christian Rubonal, and Joey Ramos. Day two continued with valuable insights from Maria Oliva, Gabby Gonzales, Marjay Bartolay, Hosana Enriquez, Frechie Reyes, Kathleen Faye Sone, and returning speaker Paulo Sico. The final day concluded with impactful talks from Bryan Brazil, Joselito Tan, Marco Ramos, and GMA News anchor Mariz Umali.

Throughout the festival, topics covered a wide range of subjects—from scriptwriting, leadership, and media team management to visual storytelling, technical production, and content creation. More than a professional development gathering, the festival also served to rekindle the passion of media missionaries for digital evangelism and faith-driven storytelling.

The highlight of the event was the closing message delivered by Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol, Executive Minister of PMCC (4th Watch). In his address, Apostle Ferriol emphasized the divine nature of the media calling.

“Media is not just a tool—it is a calling,” he declared, reminding all attendees of their sacred responsibility in proclaiming the gospel with excellence and conviction.

As the Church continues to expand globally, the 4th Watch Media Festival 2025 stands as a testament to PMCC (4th Watch)’s unwavering commitment to nurturing God-given talents and using every available medium to proclaim the message of salvation.
