Marikina, Philippines – In celebration of 4th Watchers Month 2025, the PMCC (4th Watch) successfully conducted District-Wide Leadership Seminars across multiple locales in the Philippines and abroad. With the central schedule set for August 13–15, each district also hosted sessions at times best suited to their participants.

The District-Wide Leadership Seminar aimed to equip pastors, Bible students, Kawan leaders, ministry pastors, and church officers with the knowledge, skills, and spiritual insight needed to fulfill God’s mission during the Season of Expansion. More than just training, the gatherings became venues for fellowship, empowerment, and unity, strengthening leaders’ commitment to the Church’s apostolic mission.

Global Participation in the District-Wide Leadership Seminars

Districts from Occidental Mindoro, Eastern Batangas, Eastern Laguna, Pampanga, Panay, and international churches in the Bay Area and Central Valley actively participated. Attendees included ministers, elders, youth officers, Kawan leaders, and adult ministry leaders, all united with a common goal of growing in leadership and faith during 4th Watchers Month 2025.

Training Grounded in Apostolic Doctrine

The District-Wide Leadership Seminars featured workshops, panel discussions, interactive exercises, and reflection periods, all designed to ground leaders in Apostolic doctrine while strengthening their practical leadership skills. Breakout sessions addressed the specific needs of ministry departments with focused topics such as:

  • “Elders’ Accountability in the Revived Church” – for elders

  • “The Power of a Revived and Generous Leadership” – for adult ministry leaders

  • “Awakening the Leader Within You” – for youth leaders

These sessions encouraged participants to share experiences, discuss challenges, and develop real-life strategies for evangelism, pastoral care, and community service.

Building Spiritual Preparedness and Servant Leadership

Facilitators emphasized that true leadership in this Season of Expansion requires more than skills and knowledge—it demands spiritual preparedness, prayerful dedication, humility, and a servant’s heart. Leaders were urged to apply these lessons not only in organizational tasks but also in mentoring, discipleship, and community outreach.

Fellowship and Lasting Impact

Beyond structured sessions, the District-Wide Leadership Seminars also fostered fellowship and networking opportunities. Leaders encouraged one another, exchanged ministry experiences, and strengthened inter-district relationships, reinforcing the truth that leadership is a shared responsibility.

Participants returned to their communities spiritually refreshed, equipped, and inspired to lead their congregations with excellence. Many testified that the seminars renewed their commitment to guide their ministries with compassion and boldness, ensuring the continued revival and growth of the Church during 4th Watchers Month 2025.

Strengthening Leaders for God’s Mission

Through these District-Wide Leadership Seminars, the PMCC (4th Watch) continues to nurture capable, committed, and Spirit-filled leaders. By combining doctrinal grounding with practical equipping, the Church ensures its leaders are prepared to rise, lead, and actively participate in the great mission entrusted to them by God—especially in this historic celebration of 4th Watchers Month 2025.
