Imus, Cavite—Ministers from around the world gathered at the AATF Sports Complex in Malagasang for the much-awaited International Ministers Conference 2024 of the PMCC (4th Watch). The opening day was filled with God’s presence, stirring devotions, and enlightening teachings that ignited a renewed passion for the Lord’s work.

The day began with a morning devotion led by Presbyter Dondon Tolero, who encouraged the ministers to “Kumapit sa Dios at ikaw ay tatanggap ng kalakasan” (Hold on to God, and you will receive strength). His message inspired a deeper trust in God, especially during times of trials, reminding everyone that true strength comes from the Lord.

Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol followed with a profound reminder of the need for ministers to maintain a “healthy body, mind, and spirit” to faithfully carry out their divine calling. He also underscored the value of spiritual unity in ministry, saying, “great partners are great problem solvers,” emphasizing that collaboration among ministers is essential in advancing the work of God.

In the morning seminars, Bishop Aldrin Palanca led a discussion on “Effective Church Growth Strategies for Small Churches.” He exhorted ministers to remain steadfast in their calling, reminding them that “God is in the business of growing His Work,” while they are entrusted with the responsibility of planting and nurturing His vineyard. Presbyter Maritess Ferriol followed by sharing wisdom on “Structuring a Sustainable Ministry,” offering practical strategies that align with God’s will for building His church.

Presbyter Thess Ferriol inspired the ministers with a call to diligence, encouraging them to “work hard to sustain the work of the Lord.” Her message resonated deeply, as she emphasized the importance of dedication and perseverance in the Lord’s vineyard.

In an open forum, Archbishop Arturo T. Ferriol addressed questions from the ministers regarding the growth of the ministry. His responses, deeply rooted in the Scriptures, provided clarity and direction, guiding ministers toward greater fruitfulness in their service to the Lord.

The day reached its spiritual high point during the Opening Ceremony, where Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol officially launched the International Ministers Conference 2024. The ceremony began with an atmosphere of reverence and praise, as ministers from the Batangas, Greater Rizal and Eastern Rizal, Laguna, and Cavite Districts led the congregation in heartfelt worship. The Central Visayas and United States Districts were especially recognized for their impactful contributions to the ministry.

Apostle Jonathan then delivered the annual report, recounting the many achievements of the PMCC (4th Watch) over the past year. A special video presentation honored the life and legacy of the Goodman of the House, the late Apostle, whose enduring example continues to inspire and guide the church.

In his powerful message, Apostle Jonathan reminded the ministers that “the ministry is our treasure,” and that through their divine calling, they have access to the eternal wisdom of God and the promise of heaven. His words left the congregation uplifted, renewed, and eager to continue the work that the Lord has entrusted to them, with the assurance that God is mightily working within His church.

The first day of the International Ministers Conference 2024 was a day of blessings, empowerment, and renewed faith, laying a solid foundation for the days to come.
