With hearts full of purpose and a renewed sense of mission, leaders across Canada converged in one of the most impactful gatherings of the year—Impact Canada 2025. Hosted at the beautiful sanctuary of the PMCC (4th Watch) in Edmonton, Alberta, this year’s conference carried the resounding theme: “Enriching the Apostolic Culture for the Year of Increase.” This was more than a theme—it was a prophetic declaration over a Church on the move.

Apostolic Progress in the Great North

Under the visionary leadership of Presbyter Joseph Concepcion, Canada’s District Coordinator, the Church continues to see dynamic growth. His faithful stewardship over the past years has led to the planting and strengthening of churches across the region—from British Columbia to Quebec. Presbyter Joseph continues to lead with an unwavering commitment to the apostolic foundation laid by the late Apostle Arsenio T. Ferriol, while passionately pursuing the expansion mandate proclaimed by Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol.

“Canada is not just maturing spiritually—it is multiplying structurally,” said Presbyter Joseph. “This is a season of intentional growth, strategic leadership, and apostolic advancement.”

This year’s conference marked a clear turning point: an inflection toward exponential, apostolic expansion.

A Gathering of Godly Leaders

The conference welcomed hundreds of leaders from local churches and outreaches throughout Canada, gathering to be empowered in their divine calling. Present at the forefront were the district’s sub-coordinators—Pastor Daniel Ferriol, Pastor Asherlyn Valeroso, and Pastor Genalyn Concepcion—alongside Presbyter Isabel Obsanga and Pastor Luis Concepcion, whose collective efforts ignited a fire in the hearts of the delegates.

Their powerful and Spirit-filled messages addressed both the spiritual and structural elements of church growth, covering essential topics such as biblical leadership, discipleship, apostolic administration, and personal consecration. The atmosphere was electric with faith, expectation, and unity.

Anointed Guests, Apostolic Insight

Adding depth to the conference were distinguished guests Bishop Reynald Sulayao and Presbyter Yollie Sulayao, whose presence elevated the spiritual climate. Bishop Reynald, a seasoned and prophetic voice in the global Church, delivered profound insight into the heart of leadership:

“Leadership is often a pursuit for power or prestige, but we are reminded that our leadership is a sacred trust. We are stewards of the Apostolic Culture, called to reach, embody, and lead others into it,” Bishop Reynald exhorted.

He went on to outline how genuine apostolic leadership is rooted in obedience, character, and clarity of vision—anchored in the teachings of the apostles and aligned with the movement of God in these end-times.

Presbyter Yollie also delivered a moving message on the importance of faithfulness in ministry, emphasizing the unique role of women in the work of the Church and the powerful legacy left by those who serve with humility and perseverance.

Built on Apostolic Foundations

Throughout the conference, there was a unifying call: to remain faithful to the apostolic pattern, the very blueprint upon which the PMCC (4th Watch) is built. Every session, every prayer, and every declaration reinforced the message that lasting growth and genuine revival come only when the Church aligns itself with the divine structure instituted by Christ through the apostles.

“Apostolic pattern produces exponential and lasting growth,” Bishop Reynald proclaimed. “Once the Church aligns itself structurally with the apostolic pattern, growth is accelerated.”

This principle resonated deeply, igniting a renewed determination among leaders to return to their respective churches with clarity, conviction, and courage to lead their congregations toward greater heights.

Apostolic Declaration for Canada

As Impact Canada 2025 drew to a close, it was evident that something had shifted. Leaders were not only inspired—they were transformed. They left not merely with strategies but with a sacred mandate to expand the Church, disciple the nations, and preserve the purity of apostolic doctrine.

The Canada District now stands at the threshold of a defining era. With unity in purpose and fire in their spirits, the leaders declared in one voice:

“I am Apostolic!”
Anchored in truth. Driven by the mission. Called for such a time as this.
