Madrid, Spain — A historic weekend of worship, prayer, and thanksgiving unfolded for the PMCC (4th Watch) Locale Church of Madrid as it celebrated two milestone events: a Prayer Fellowship for the Home Free Global Crusade on July 5, and its 25th Church Anniversary on July 6, 2025, held at the Mutua Madrileña Auditorium.

A Call to Confidence in Prayer

The weekend began with a Prayer Fellowship, where Apostle Jonathan Santos Ferriol delivered a stirring message on the theme “Confidence in Prayer.” He reminded the brethren that prayer must be rooted in faith, not doubt.

“Prayer is an act that must be done in the spirit of confidence. When you pray, you must pray confidently. Do not pray in doubt and uncertainty,” he declared.

Apostle Ferriol highlighted that the God believers draw near to is perfectly good, faithful, and never failing. He urged 4th Watchers to always choose God in every circumstance, drawing near to His Throne of Grace with boldness, knowing that He alone is the source of every good and perfect gift.

Madrid Celebrates 25 Years of Apostolic Mission

The following day, the church gathered for the grand celebration of its 25th Anniversary with the theme “Standing Apostolic, Bound for Greater Glory.”

The program opened with a vibrant dance presentation by the brethren of Madrid, followed by a powerful time of praise and worship that lifted thanksgiving to God for His sustaining grace over the past 25 years.

One of the highlights of the celebration was the Torchbearer Awarding Ceremony, which honored individuals who have faithfully responded to God’s call and are now recognized as full-fledged ministers of the PMCC (4th Watch). The awards were presented by Pastor Tess Salanap, Evangelist Violy Concepcion, and Apostle Jonathan Santos Ferriol, celebrating the unwavering dedication of those entrusted with the torch of the apostolic mission.

A Message of Spiritual Awakening

Delivering the anniversary message, Apostle Ferriol drew from the writings of the Apostle Paul to warn against the dangers of spiritual dullness—a condition that blinds people from recognizing Jesus as Lord. He emphasized that Christ is not merely a historical figure but the radiance of God’s glory and the Creator of all things.

He cautioned that the “god of this age,” Satan, continues to blind many, but through faith and repentance, the veil can be lifted, allowing people to experience true spiritual awakening and clarity.

Moving Forward in Greater Glory

The twin events not only strengthened the faith of the brethren but also renewed their commitment to prayer, evangelism, and unity in the apostolic mission.

As the District of Madrid enters this new season, it remains steadfast in winning souls, building stronger fellowship, and fortifying the faith of believers. With hearts united in prayer and vision, the church looks forward to greater glory in the years ahead.
