Oras Ng Katotohanan maiden broadcast on TV5

MANILA, Philippines — August 17, 2025 marked a historic milestone for the Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch) as its flagship evangelistic program, Oras Ng Katotohanan (Hour of Truth), made a highly anticipated return to national television through its maiden broadcast on TV5, one of the country’s premier media networks.

This landmark relaunch coincided with the worldwide observance of 4th Watchers Month, making the event even more meaningful for PMCC (4th Watch) members across the globe.

A Global Effort of Evangelism and Visibility

On the eve of the broadcast, August 16, 2025, local churches of PMCC (4th Watch) in the Philippines and abroad united in a T-Shirt Day and Visibility Program. Members and church leaders actively promoted the comeback of Oras Ng Katotohanan through flyer distributions, flash mobs, motorcades, and creative promotional videos, amplifying excitement and awareness for the relaunch.

Inspiring Preaching by Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol

The maiden airing featured an extraordinary message from the Lingkod ng Katotohanan, Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol, centered on the theme “A Case to Love God.” In his powerful sermon, Apostle Jonathan declared:

“If you do the will of God—if you submit to His will—you will experience real and lasting happiness, true and lasting worth, and deep meaning in this life and in the life to come.”

The preaching was complemented by heartfelt worship and inspiring faith testimonies, creating a spirit-filled experience for viewers nationwide and worldwide.

A Blend of Tradition and New Media

Adding to the nostalgia and joy, the original Oras Ng Katotohanan jingle was performed live by Brother Vincent Ian Tañais, Sister KC Gonzales, Brother Alvin Mallari, and Sister Shane Daganio. The program’s fresh format featured hosted segments, testimonies of faith, spiritual advertisements, dynamic preaching, and a Q&A segment that provided viewers with deeper biblical insights.

Honoring Dedication and Service

A special awarding ceremony was also held during the broadcast to recognize Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol for his unwavering leadership in evangelism. The award was presented by Bishop Samuel Ferriol, Head Pastor of the Marikina Special District, together with Pastor Kirsten Ferriol.

Acknowledgment was likewise given to the dedicated members of the Oras Ng Katotohanan Production Team and 4th Watch Media, led by Pastor Charisse Kaye Ong, for their invaluable contributions in bringing the program back to national television.
