4th Watchers’ Month 2026: Powerful and Inspiring Closing

IMUS CITY, CAVITE — August 30, 2026 — The Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch) concluded 4th Watchers’ Month 2026 with a grand closing service on Sunday, August 30, at the AATF Sports Complex in Malagasang, Imus City, Cavite, bringing together Fourth Watchers in a celebration of 53 years of God’s faithfulness, Apostolic heritage, and continued service to the Lord.

The culminating gathering highlighted the Church’s identity, ministries, and mission, reminding every Fourth Watcher that serving God goes beyond numbers, recognition, or influence. Ultimately, it is a call to become more like Christ.

The closing service featured a processional of the Church’s committees and ministries, the launching of three new publications, and a message from Chief Executive Minister Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol centered on holiness, service, and the authority of the Holy Bible.

4th Watchers’ Month 2026 Closing Service Unites Church Ministries

The 4th Watchers’ Month 2026 closing service opened with a meaningful procession of the Church’s various committees and ministries, showcasing the breadth of service carried out throughout the PMCC (4th Watch).

Representatives from the different committees marched into the venue, reflecting the collective work of ministers, workers, and members who contribute to the life and mission of the Church.

Among those represented were The Wallbuilders, who build and guard the walls of the churches; The Provisioners, who provide supplies needed by local churches; and The Keepers, who watch over the entirety of the household.

Also represented were The Heralds, who amplify the Word of God throughout the nation and abroad through media platforms and evangelistic efforts; The Successors, composed of departments that help raise and prepare the next generation of the Church; and The Runners, who carry the work into the field.

The procession also featured The Lamp Keepers, who help maintain the light and orderliness of the Church, particularly in legal matters, and The Shepherds, who guide the flock, care for the members, and uphold the doctrine of the Church.

The processional served not merely as a presentation of the Church’s organizational structure but also as a picture of unity in diversity, with different ministries, responsibilities, and areas of service working together toward one Apostolic Mission.

Each committee represents a vital part of the Church’s continuing work, from evangelism and Christian education to youth ministry, music, missions, administration, and other ministries that address the spiritual and practical needs of the congregation.

Their participation underscored a central message of the celebration: every Fourth Watcher has a place and responsibility in the work of God.

Three New Publications Enrich 4th Watch Literature

A major highlight of the closing celebration was the launch of three new publications, further expanding the growing literature of the PMCC (4th Watch).

In the presence of Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol and the congregation, the Church unveiled:

• Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol: Life, Ministry, and Apostolic Calling, authored by Bishop Aldrin Palanca
• Oras ng Katotohanan with Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol Anniversary Magazine

The publications provide additional resources documenting the Church’s Apostolic heritage, ministry, experiences, and continuing work.

Their launch also highlighted the importance of preserving the stories, experiences, and lessons of the Apostolic movement for present and future generations.

Through these new additions to the 4th Watch Literature, the Church continues to fortify and enrich its Apostolic identity by providing Fourth Watchers with materials that can deepen their understanding of the faith and inspire them in their own walk and service.

As the PMCC (4th Watch) marks 53 years of faithfulness, the publications also serve as tangible reminders of the people, ministries, and testimonies that form part of the Church’s continuing history.

Apostle Jonathan Calls the Church to Pursue Christlikeness

The centerpiece of the closing service was the message delivered by Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol, who challenged Fourth Watchers to look beyond numerical growth, prestige, influence, and power and instead focus on the ultimate purpose of the Church: Christlikeness.

“This is the objective of PMCC (4th Watch). Our goal is not numerical growth alone, not merely prestige, influence or power, but our ultimate goal is Christlikeness,” Apostle Jonathan emphasized.

He explained that Christlikeness must be reflected through holiness, consecration, righteousness, a heart for service, and a commitment to bringing people closer to God.

The Apostle reminded the congregation that the mission of the Church cannot be separated from the character of those who carry it. The work of God must be accompanied by a life that reflects the One whom believers serve.

He further called on the PMCC (4th Watch) to become known for a life characterized by holiness and faithful service.

“Let the PMCC (4th Watch) be known in holiness and service unto the Lord—that is the sure route to God!”

The message gave deeper meaning to the conclusion of 4th Watchers’ Month 2026, directing believers beyond celebration and toward a continued commitment to spiritual transformation.

53 Years of Faithfulness, A Legacy to Continue
