District-Wide Victory Sunday Celebrates 1 Year of Gospel Victory in New York
SOUTH BAY, California, USA — The PMCC (4th Watch) U.S. District and Great Hispanosphere gathered for a District-Wide Victory Sunday with Chief Executive Minister and Global Evangelist Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol, celebrating God’s faithfulness following the historic Home Free Global Crusade: New York.
Brethren, elders, ministry workers, and members gathered in person and through their respective local churches to give thanks for the victories God had granted through weeks of prayer, sacrifice, dedication, and evangelistic labor. The atmosphere was filled with gratitude and joy as the Church reflected on the culmination of its collective efforts.
“We are meant to be victors, God’s church is meant to be triumphant!” became a defining declaration of the celebration, echoing the faith of the brethren who witnessed the impact of the Home Free Global Crusade: New York.
District-Wide Victory Sunday Opens in Worship and Thanksgiving
The District-Wide Victory Sunday began with a spirit-filled worship service led by the South Bay Praise and Worship Team, ushering the congregation into an atmosphere of thanksgiving and praise.
Sis. Michaella Sico led the opening prayer, expressing gratitude to God for His faithfulness and for the victories experienced by the Church.
Serving as Master of Ceremonies, Pastor Nico Marasigan welcomed the congregation and guided the celebration through its various segments. Pastor Evencier Macatol, Southern California Subdistrict Coordinator, likewise extended a warm welcome to guests, members, elders, and ministry workers.
A special musical presentation followed as Sis. Dona Gonzales and Sis. Christiana Marasigan sang “Speak the Name.” Their harmonious rendition emphasized the power and transformative impact of proclaiming the name of Jesus Christ.
Pastor Jayson De Roxas then led the congregation in the reading of the Holy Scriptures, preparing the hearts of the brethren for the messages and testimonies that followed.
Presbyter Maritess Ferriol Highlights the Implications of Giving
North America Regional Overseer Presbyter Maritess Ferriol took the stage to reflect on the victories of the preceding weeks and encourage the Church to remain expectant for what God would accomplish in the days ahead.
She delivered a message entitled “The Implications of Your Giving,” highlighting the spiritual significance of generosity and sacrificial giving in the advancement of God’s work.
Her message encouraged the brethren to recognize that every investment made for the Gospel contributes to the Church’s mission of reaching lives and proclaiming salvation.
The PMCC (4th Watch) South Bay also presented a special musical number that captured the wonder of God’s perfect timing in saving souls and renewing the faith of His people.
Apostle Jonathan Ferriol Delivers “The Legacy of Our Victory”
The congregation warmly welcomed Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol, who was introduced by Presbyter Erwin Dela Cruz.
Returning to familiar surroundings, Apostle Jonathan delivered the message “The Legacy of Our Victory,” challenging the Church to understand victory not simply as an achievement but as a responsibility to remain faithful to God’s calling.
He emphasized that true spiritual success belongs to those who are regenerated, consecrated, unafraid, and invested in the work of God.
Apostle Jonathan urged the brethren to continue demonstrating bold and authentic Christianity through their lives, service, and commitment to the Gospel. His message strengthened the congregation’s resolve to remain faithful to God and loyal to His sent ones.
Church Honors Leaders and Celebrates Gospel Victories
The celebration also provided an opportunity for the Church to honor its leaders and recognize their dedication to the work of evangelism.
Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol was recognized for his continued leadership in two significant avenues of Gospel proclamation. The congregation celebrated the first anniversary of “Oras Ng Katatohanan,” a broadcasting ministry that provides another avenue for sharing the Word of God.
The Church also celebrated the successful Home Free Global Crusade: New York, recognizing the sacrifices, prayers, and efforts that contributed to the evangelistic mission.
The U.S. District and Great Hispanosphere also honored Presbyter Maritess Ferriol for her steadfast and dynamic leadership throughout the district’s evangelistic endeavors.
The congregation expressed their love and appreciation for their leaders through a joyful celebration that included a commemorative cake and Home Free Global Crusade cookies, adding to the atmosphere of fellowship and thanksgiving.
