Marikina Special District Spiritual Empowerment: 3 Days of Powerful Renewal

MARIKINA CITY, Philippines — September 11, 2026 — The Marikina Special District Spiritual Empowerment of the Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch) concluded on Thursday, September 10, following three days of biblical teaching, worship, prayer, and spiritual renewal.

Held from September 8 to 10 at the MSD Main Hall, the gathering brought together brethren, ministers, pastoral workers, and church members for a focused season of doctrinal instruction and spiritual strengthening.

The three-day gathering featured keynote messages from Chief Executive Minister Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol, Presbyter Levi S. Ferriol, and Evangelist Leticia S. Ferriol, who challenged the brethren to remain grounded in the Word of God, examine their spiritual condition, and prepare themselves for greater responsibility and service in the Church.

Throughout the Marikina Special District Spiritual Empowerment, the brethren were encouraged to live out their faith through holiness, perseverance, sacrifice, and wholehearted devotion to Christ.

Day 1: “The Irreplaceable Christ”

“Ang kaligayahan ng iglesia ay nasa pagtitiis, pagsubok at sakripisyo. Ito ang kagalakan ng Iglesia. We celebrate sacrifices!” Presbyter Levi S. Ferriol said.

The message called the brethren to remain faithful through difficulties, recognizing that perseverance and sacrifice are part of the Church’s continuing walk and service.

Day 3: Living as a Testimony of God’s Power

The three-day gathering concluded on Thursday, September 10, with Evangelist Leticia S. Ferriol delivering the final keynote message and calling believers to demonstrate the power of God through their lives.

Her message turned the brethren’s attention from spiritual preparation toward its visible expression—a life that bears witness to God’s work.

Evangelist Leticia emphasized that the present season, described as the “4th Watch,” is not simply a time of waiting for Christ’s return, but a time for believers to live faithfully and demonstrate the evidence of God’s power working in them.

“Ang panahon ng 4th watch ay panahon ng pagpapatunay at pagpapakita ng ebidensya na ang kapangyarihan ng Dios ay gumagawa sa atin. Let the power of God be displayed in our lives!” Evangelist Leticia S. Ferriol said.

The closing service urged the brethren to carry the lessons and spiritual strengthening received during the gathering into their everyday lives.

The call was not only to receive God’s Word but also to live it through continued faithfulness, holiness, service, and commitment to the Christian calling.
