Pan Bicol District Camp 2026 Unites Northern and Southern Bicol in Worship, Training, and Apostolic Fellowship

LIGAO CITY, ALBAY — Believers from the Northern Bicol and Southern Bicol Districts of the Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch) gathered for the Pan Bicol District Camp 2026, a three-day event marked by worship, biblical instruction, ministry development, and apostolic fellowship. Held at the Ligao City Gymnasium, the camp centered on the theme “Maturity in Christ: The Goal of Every Believer” based on Colossians 1:28.

The Pan Bicol District Camp 2026 brought together ministers, church workers, youth, and members from across the Bicol Region, creating an atmosphere of unity and spiritual renewal. Throughout the gathering, participants were encouraged to deepen their faith, strengthen their commitment to ministry, and pursue spiritual maturity in Christ.

Pan Bicol District Camp 2026 Anchored on Spiritual Growth

From the opening day, attendees were immersed in prayer, worship, and biblical learning. Morning devotion services, prayers of agreement, and worship gatherings prepared participants for three days of spiritual enrichment and transformation.

Seminars led by church leaders and ministers provided practical and biblical insights aimed at strengthening believers in their Christian walk. Participants were reminded that maturity in Christ is demonstrated not merely by years in the faith but through obedience to God’s Word, commitment to His mission, and faithful service in ministry.

Opening Service Highlights Apostolic Unity

The evening Opening Service formally launched the camp with a solemn ceremony featuring the entry of the Philippine National Flag and the PMCC (4th Watch) Flag.

Praise and worship filled the venue as participants from various clusters ministered through music and worship presentations. Special numbers from Cluster 2 – Camarines Sur and the Naga Locale showcased the talents and dedication of the Bicolano brethren.

A significant moment came through a video message from Chief Executive Minister Jonathan S. Ferriol, who emphasized the importance of spiritual growth, unity, and unwavering commitment to the apostolic mission of the Church.

The gathering also reflected on the enduring legacy of Arsenio T. Ferriol, whose apostolic vision continues to inspire the Church’s mission and ministry around the world.

Equipping Believers for Effective Ministry

The second day of the Pan Bicol District Camp 2026 focused on ministry development and leadership training.

Participants attended seminars led by Presbyter Mona Quillao and Bishop Osie Quillao, who shared valuable lessons on spiritual leadership, ministry effectiveness, and personal growth. Worship sessions throughout the day provided opportunities for reflection, renewal, and recommitment to God’s calling.

Specialized training sessions further demonstrated the Church’s commitment to developing effective workers. The Creatives Seminar equipped participants with communication and media ministry skills, while the IYWD Hour strengthened youth leadership and engagement.

These programs reinforced the conviction that every believer has a role in advancing the Gospel and that ministry excellence requires both spiritual maturity and intentional preparation.

Ministries Night Celebrates Faithful Service

One of the highlights of the camp was Ministries Night, which showcased the various ministries supporting the Church’s mission.

A notable presentation featured the renewal of the ONK broadcast partnership with TV5, reflecting the continued expansion of the Church’s media outreach efforts.

Musical offerings from the Tabaco Locale and the Albay Cluster inspired attendees and highlighted the rich talents present throughout the district. The evening concluded with a message from Bishop Osie Quillao, who challenged believers to remain faithful in ministry and continue serving with humility, unity, and dedication.

Pan Bicol District Camp 2026 Develops Future Christian Leaders

The third day continued the camp’s emphasis on spiritual growth and ministry participation.

Seminars, ministry gatherings, and fellowship activities provided additional opportunities for learning and development. Specialized sessions for IYWD and ICAD participants strengthened ministry involvement and encouraged greater commitment to Christian service.

One of the most anticipated segments of the camp was the district competitions, which included Bible Quiz, Know the Word, Singing Contest, Preaching Contest, and Mass Demonstration events. These activities showcased the participants’ talents, biblical knowledge, and dedication to using their gifts for God’s glory.

The awarding ceremony celebrated excellence, participation, and unity, culminating in the announcement of the Overall Champion.

Dedication Night Concludes Pan Bicol District Camp 2026

The final evening featured Dedication Night, bringing the three-day gathering to a meaningful conclusion.

A special induction ceremony for officers from both districts was officiated by Bishop Osie Quillao together with district leaders Presbyter Ruben Ventura and Pastor Rodel Quiambao. The ceremony symbolized the ongoing commitment of church leaders and workers to faithfully fulfill their ministries.

Worship presentations by female ministers from both districts added a spirit of gratitude and reverence to the service. A special presentation from Maranatha Bible School International highlighted the Church’s continued investment in leadership development and ministerial training.

In his closing message, Bishop Osie Quillao encouraged believers to remain steadfast in faith, pursue spiritual maturity, and faithfully fulfill God’s purpose in these last days. He later led prayers of dedication and healing, creating a powerful atmosphere of consecration and spiritual renewal.

The evening also included a recognition program honoring Bishop Osie Quillao and Presbyter Mona Quillao for their faithful leadership and dedicated service to the Church.

A Legacy Continued, A Mission Advanced

As the Pan Bicol District Camp 2026 concluded, participants expressed gratitude for the leadership of Chief Executive Minister Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol and for the lasting apostolic legacy of Apostle Arsenio T. Ferriol.

The camp served as a powerful reminder that spiritual maturity remains the goal of every believer. Equipped with renewed faith, deeper understanding, and stronger commitment, attendees returned to their respective locales prepared to advance the Gospel, strengthen their ministries, and continue fulfilling God’s mission in the Bicol Region and beyond.
