Living Letters, Living Mission: PMCC 4th Watch Caraga District Apostolic Visitation Strengthens Faith and Leadership
A Church Strengthened for the Mission
In every generation, God raises His Church to be a living testimony of His power, His redemption, and His purpose. This truth was made evident as the Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch) Caraga District gathered for a powerful Apostolic Visitation that strengthened both faith and leadership.
Butuan City, Agusan Del Norte : The Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch) Caraga District held a powerful Apostolic Visitation on March 1, 2026, at its main worship hall in Agusan del Norte, drawing hundreds of faithful who came seeking renewal, healing, and fresh direction for their respective local churches.
Led by the Church’s Chief Executive Minister, Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol, the visitation highlighted revival, spiritual discipline, and missional outreach, reinforcing the district’s vision to reach every village with the good news of Jesus Christ.
From the opening hymn to the closing prayer, the atmosphere was charged with worship and anticipation. Members gathered in prayer, sang in unity, and lifted testimonies of answered prayer, including healings, restored families, and renewed callings to ministry.
“This visitation reminded us that we are not just running a program but rather we are building the Kingdom one life at a time,” Presbyter Ruben Ventura, Southern Bicol Coordinator said.
An Open Living Letter from Christ
Apostle Jonathan highlighted in his message entitled An Open Letter from Christ that God is currently writing a new story to tell, us being changed by God from our pasts.
“God changed you. God transformed you. Now, as a child of God, you are an open letter from Christ. Now that you are a new creation, you have a new story to tell. You now have a new testimony to talk about, a new narrative that you can share with others,” he said.
He also emphasized that as sinners, we were once bound by sins, but through Christ who was crucified on the cross, the past no longer holds power. The devil cannot resurrect what has already been redeemed. Jesus bore the punishment, judgment, and suffering that was meant for us.
According to the Apostle’s message, every believer should carry a message of salvation, hope, and transformation wherever they go. He encouraged members of the Church to live with spiritual authenticity, authority, and beauty, showing the world a clear and visible testimony of what God is doing in their lives.
This call challenges Christians to step out boldly, no longer hiding past failures, but declaring the transforming work of God with confidence and conviction.
Champions of the Home Free Global Crusade
The service also spotlighted the impact of the Home Free Global Crusade, a major evangelistic movement within PMCC 4th Watch that has brought thousands to renewal and commitment to Christ.
Apostle Jonathan described the crusade as a key expression of the Church’s mission to reach every village with the good news of Jesus Christ.
Beyond the crusade, the Apostolic Visitation emphasized the importance of active participation in God’s work. Referencing biblical principles, the Apostle reminded believers that blessing comes through faithfulness, obedience, and involvement.
He encouraged local leaders to take an active role in future Home Free events, highlighting how coordinated outreach multiplies evangelistic impact. Members were called to move beyond comfort zones and offer their time, talent, and resources for the advancement of the Gospel.
Training Christian Leaders of Tomorrow
A significant part of the event was the promotion of Maranatha Bible School International, the Church’s training arm for future ministers and leaders.
Apostle Ferriol stressed the importance of Christian education in raising servant leaders who are grounded in Scripture, guided by integrity, and committed to the mission.
He urged both young and seasoned believers to take part in or support the school, emphasizing that strong leadership today builds a mission-ready Church for tomorrow.
“This Apostolic Visitation is not just about one day of worship,” he said. “It is about preparing a generation of leaders who will carry this message of transformation across cities, provinces, and nations.”
Being a missionary church, Apostle Jonathan reminded the congregation that as living letters of Christ, believers must live lives marked by clarity, authenticity, authority, and beauty.
A Church Alive, On Mission, and Being Written by God
Through worship, powerful teaching, and a clear call to mission, the PMCC 4th Watch Caraga District Apostolic Visitation stands as a stirring reminder that the Church is alive, on mission, and continually being written by the hand of God.
This gathering was not only a moment of renewal but a commissioning. A call to live as testimonies. A call to go. A call to fulfill the mission.
