VANCOUVER, British Columbia — September 27, 2026 — The Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch), also known as PMCC (4th Watch), celebrated its Vancouver church building dedication and 26th church anniversary on September 27, 2026, bringing together believers from across Canada and other parts of the world to give thanks to God for His faithfulness and the continued growth of the ministry.
The celebration marked 26 years of Christian ministry in Vancouver and the dedication of the congregation’s beautifully renovated house of worship. Church leaders, ministers, members, and honored guests gathered for a meaningful day of praise, prayer, testimonies, and biblical exhortation.

Elder Rex and Sister Micha hosted the program, while the Canada District Praise and Worship Team led the congregation in songs of worship. Presbyter Isabel Obsanga offered the opening prayer, dedicating the gathering to the Lord.

Church Leaders and Special Guests Honored
During the opening remarks, Pastor Miziel Rivera Zonio and Pastor Elmer Zonio expressed their gratitude to the guests who traveled from across Canada and other parts of the world to attend the milestone celebration.
Pastor Miziel acknowledged the churches throughout British Columbia, including the congregations in Kelowna, Vernon, Victoria, Port Hardy, and Vancouver. Pastor Elmer introduced the District Coordinators and Sub-Coordinators, including Pastor Richard Watson.
The congregation also recognized real estate professionals Davin Roberts, Rav Rampuri, and Leonardo Di Francesco, along with general contractor Sunee Dhaliwal, who was responsible for the renovation of the church’s new place of worship. Elder Lito and Elder Vangie Savan, members of the PMCC (4th Watch) church construction and management group, were also acknowledged.
Among the honored guests were Sister Miracle Ferriol, captain of the Saved by Grace Team of the Home Free Global Crusade, and Presbyter Maritess Ferriol, U.S. District Coordinator and North America Regional Overseer. Chief Executive Minister and Global Evangelist Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol was also present for the occasion.
Child Dedication and Testimonies Celebrate God’s Goodness
An important part of the program was the child dedication, led by Presbyter Joseph Concepcion, Canada District Coordinator. In his exhortation, he emphasized the significance of child dedication as part of the church’s culture and tradition, citing Matthew 19:14, which highlights Jesus Christ’s love and concern for children.
The congregation was also blessed by a musical offering from Sister Edel Quibol, a Tawag ng Tanghalan Resbaker, who lifted a song of praise to the Lord.
Church members then shared testimonies recalling the humble beginnings of the Vancouver congregation. Their stories expressed gratitude for God’s guidance, provision, and faithfulness throughout the church’s 26-year journey.
Presbyter Maritess Ferriol Delivers Thanksgiving Message
Presbyter Joseph Concepcion introduced Presbyter Maritess Ferriol, who delivered the Thanksgiving Exhortation titled “What Shall I Return to the Lord for All His Goodness to Me.”
Drawing from 1 Thessalonians 5:18, her message encouraged the congregation to maintain an attitude of gratitude toward God. The exhortation reminded the attendees that the anniversary was not merely a celebration of years but also an opportunity to acknowledge the Lord’s goodness and faithfulness.
Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol Preaches on “Zeal for God’s House”
The highlight of the Vancouver church building dedication and 26th anniversary was the message delivered by Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol, Chief Executive Minister and Global Evangelist of the PMCC (4th Watch).
His message, titled “Zeal for God’s House,” was based on Psalm 69:9 and challenged believers to preserve their love for God and remain fervent in His service. He described zeal as an intense and passionate commitment, comparing it to water reaching its boiling point. He emphasized that such fervor is essential to the work of God and the ministry of salvation.
Apostle Jonathan reminded the congregation that God’s love extends even to those who feel distant from Him.
“No matter how sinful you are, if you will respond to the love of God, you will be saved,” he said. “Even if you are pushing Him away, the Lord will always say, ‘I still love you.’”
He also distinguished religious observance from genuine worship, explaining that outward piety alone does not establish a true relationship with God.
“Religion can make you pious and virtuous, but religion will not make you a worshipper of God,” he said. “Only those who understand the love of God can really worship Him.”
Apostle Jonathan concluded his message with a prayer and invited those who wished to put their faith in Jesus Christ to respond to the call of salvation.
“Christ did not come with a religion,” he said. “He came with salvation.”
His message underscored the importance of keeping Christ at the center of the church’s mission and allowing the love of God to inspire genuine worship, spiritual commitment, and continued service.
