June 2025 — The Marikina Special District has officially launched into the Season of Expansion, ushering in a powerful movement to win more souls, pray more fervently, and build more churches for the glory of God. Through a series of faith-filled events—including the Marikina Special District Summit 2025, a district-wide Missionary Service, and a Launch Sunday Worship—the district reaffirmed its commitment to spiritual and structural growth in fulfillment of the End-Time mandate.
Church Leaders Unite at the Marikina Special District Summit 2025
The momentum began with the Marikina Special District Summit 2025 held at the Shiloh Building. Key leaders—department heads, secretaries, and cluster associate pastors—gathered for a crucial day of vision casting and strategic alignment. The summit featured dynamic breakout sessions and guidance from district leadership, culminating in a powerful word of encouragement from Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol, whose brief yet stirring message reignited passion and purpose in every heart.
Collaborating across ministries—elders, adults, youth, and YPYA—district officers crafted a bold action plan aimed at fueling the church’s expansion. United in mission, the summit laid a strong foundation for a Spirit-led movement of evangelism and church growth throughout the district.
Launching the Season of Expansion with Purpose and Power
On June 21, 2025, the Season of Expansion was officially launched during a special Missionary Service held at the Marikina Special District Main Hall. Pastors, ministers, Bible students, and department officers from all over the district gathered in a spiritually charged atmosphere of worship, vision, and dedication.
The service opened with joyful praise and worship led by Sis. Kamila Catindig and selected ministers, with Ptr. Christine Deladia serving as host. Ptr. Ellen Miciano led a heartfelt opening prayer, setting the tone for the event.
A compelling video presentation followed, showcasing two major global initiatives of the Church—the Season of Expansion and the Home Free Global Crusade—under the visionary leadership of Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol. The video connected local district efforts to the Church’s worldwide mission, inspiring attendees to recognize their personal roles in the global movement.
In her Welcome Remarks, Ptr. Kirsten Ferriol emphasized that every believer—whether as a soul-winner, supporter, or intercessor—has a crucial part to play in this divine Season of Expansion.
Word, Worship, and Commitment
The service continued with a powerful offering of praise by the Program Committees, followed by a special presentation from the 1st Year MBSI students, expressing their readiness to serve on the spiritual frontlines. Ptr. Delton Ramos led the Offertory message, challenging everyone to give generously toward the mission.
The highlight of the event was the Message of God delivered by Bishop Samuel S. Ferriol, Head Pastor and Marikina Special District Coordinator. Preaching with apostolic clarity and compassion, Bishop Sam taught the biblical foundation of expansion, urging the church to rise up in obedience—not only to grow numerically but to mature spiritually and strengthen church infrastructure. His message declared boldly: Expansion is not an option—it is a divine mandate.
The event concluded with a heartfelt Pledge of Commitment, as attendees stood united in their vow to win souls, plant churches, and deepen their dedication to God’s work. A special Prayer and Dedication sealed the moment, covering every commitment with divine grace.
Launch Sunday Reflects the Spirit of Expansion
The energy of the Missionary Service flowed into the district’s Launch Sunday Worship, where the church ambiance visibly reflected the Season of Expansion. The lobby was creatively transformed with themed installations, banners, and booths, drawing attention to the mission and inviting deeper involvement.
The service featured vibrant worship and stirring preaching that moved the congregation into action. Inspired by the week’s events, members responded with renewed passion and commitment to advancing the mission of the Church.
From the prayer rooms to the pulpits, from the planning halls to the streets, the Marikina Special District has declared it boldly and faithfully:
We are ready for expansion.
This is the Church answering its divine calling—to win more, pray more, and build more in preparation for the soon return of our Lord Jesus Christ.
To God be all the glory!
