A powerful wave of revival swept across the PMCC (4th Watch) Davao District during its Quad Treat 2025, held from April 17 to 20. This four-day spiritual convocation brought together hundreds of faithful believers for a life-changing experience filled with worship, teaching, intercession, and fellowship. Under the spiritual leadership of Bishop Aldrin Palanca, Presbyters Polly Mendoza and Dan Perez, along with local church leaders, the event served as a milestone in the district’s spiritual journey.

Themed around the power of Christ’s resurrection and the urgency of national intercession, the Quad Treat became more than just a district-wide gathering—it became a divine encounter that stirred revival, strengthened unity, and renewed purpose.

A Joyful Start to a Divine Appointment

From the moment the event began, an atmosphere of great anticipation filled the air. Bishop Aldrin Palanca, accompanied by Presbyters Polly Mendoza and Dan Perez, arrived in Davao City to a warm welcome from local leaders, including Presbyter Dana Elena and Pastor Edie Serrano. Their arrival was met with celebration, prayers, and expectant hearts—a signal of the spiritual outpouring to come.

The morning devotion, led by Bishop Aldrin, set the tone for the entire weekend. In his message titled “Prayer Completes Our Joy,” based on Philippians 4:4–7, he encouraged the brethren to cultivate a prayerful lifestyle rooted in the unchanging love of Christ.

“True joy is not found in circumstances but in Christ’s unchanging love,” he declared. “Through prayer, we unlock heaven’s fullness—even in trials.”

His message moved many to tears and stirred hearts to return to the basics of joyful devotion and spiritual discipline.

Good Friday: Reflecting on Christ’s Sacrifice

On April 18, Good Friday, the district gathered in solemn reverence to remember the suffering and triumph of Jesus through the Seven Last Sayings of Christ. Bishop Aldrin, alongside Presbyters Polly and Dan, delivered deeply moving expositions on each of Christ’s final words from the cross.

Presbyter Polly shared:

“In His agony, Jesus mirrored our pain; in His forgiveness, He modeled grace; and in His triumph, He secured our eternity.

Each message served not only as a reflection but also a challenge—calling the Church to embody Christ’s love, endurance, and forgiveness in a broken world.

Attendees spent the day in quiet reflection and prayer, recommitting their lives to live as true disciples of Christ. Many described the service as a personal turning point, marked by conviction, healing, and a profound sense of peace.

Resurrection Sunday: A Celebration of Victory and Hope

The following Sunday morning, Resurrection Sunday, broke forth with vibrant praise. Joyous hymns of “He Is Risen!” filled the venue as the congregation celebrated Christ’s victory over death. The service was marked by jubilant worship, powerful testimonies, and a special message delivered via live broadcast by Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol.

“The Resurrection is not a memory—it’s a mandate,” Apostle Jonathan preached. “Let it transform how you serve, love, and hope.”

His words struck a deep chord with the congregation. People testified of answered prayers, restored relationships, and breakthroughs both personal and spiritual. The joy in the air was undeniable as the Davao District basked in the presence and power of the Risen Christ.

Prayer for the Nation: United in Intercession

On Sunday afternoon, the district gathered once more for the Prayer for the Nation and District Fellowship. In these challenging times, the Church recognized the urgent need for unified intercession. Bishop Aldrin delivered a fiery message titled “Standing on Truth in Turbulent Times,” reminding the faithful to anchor their lives in the unshakable truth of God’s Word.

“In a world of shifting values, we hold fast to God’s Word—the only foundation that cannot fail,” he proclaimed.

The call to pray for the nation was met with earnestness and unity. Presbyters Dan Perez, Polly Mendoza, and Dana Serrano led passionate prayers for the nation’s leaders, the upcoming 2025 midterm elections, and the spiritual well-being of the Philippines. The entire congregation knelt together, crying out for God’s mercy, wisdom, and guidance.

A District Transformed by Revival

As Quad Treat 2025 drew to a close, the spirit of revival lingered heavily over the Davao District. Attendees didn’t just experience a weekend event—they encountered God in a way that rekindled vision, deepened prayer lives, and restored spiritual fervor.

“This wasn’t just an event—it was a divine reset,” one participant testified. “We’ve been reminded that our joy, purpose, and hope are rooted in Jesus alone.”

With hearts set ablaze, the PMCC (4th Watch) Davao District steps boldly into its next chapter—refreshed, refocused, and revived. The echo of Apostle Jonathan’s charge continues to ring in their hearts:

“Live as resurrection people—bold, uncompromising, and radiant with His glory.”

To God Be All the Glory!
