MBSI Recognition and Advancement Ceremony Honors Bible Students and AMP Interns
MBSI MAIN CAMPUS, Philippines — MBSI Recognition and Advancement Ceremony celebrated the perseverance, ministerial achievements, spiritual growth, and calling of Bible students and AMP interns at Maranatha Bible School International (MBSI) Main Campus as School Year 2025–2026 came to a close.
Anchored on Romans 13:7, which teaches believers to “give honor to whom honor is due,” the ceremony served as a heartfelt tribute to the faithfulness of students and interns throughout the academic year while reaffirming their commitment to God’s purpose and calling.
More than a formal recognition program, the gathering became a joyful celebration of ministry training, academic excellence, evangelistic service, leadership, and spiritual development. Students and interns reflected on God’s faithfulness throughout the year while looking ahead to greater opportunities to serve Him.
A Spirit-Filled Celebration of Faith and Achievement
The ceremony opened with vibrant praise and worship, creating an atmosphere of gratitude and thanksgiving. Through worship, testimonies, and messages, attendees were reminded of God’s faithfulness in the lives of those preparing for ministry and Christian service.
Second-year AMP interns Sister Max Teano and Brother AJ Bermeo served as program hosts, guiding the ceremony with enthusiasm and warmth. Worship was led by Sister Nancy Casanas, together with the 4th Watch Media MBS and AMP Team, leading the congregation into a spirit of united praise.
Adding to the celebration, newly enrolled first-year Bible students presented a special song of praise. Their participation marked the beginning of their ministry training journey and reflected their willingness to dedicate themselves to serving God.
Inspiring Testimonies of God’s Faithfulness
The congregation was further encouraged through testimonies from Sister Donna Gem Artana and Brother Mark Danielle Sandata.
Both shared how God’s faithfulness sustained them throughout their season of training, ministry responsibilities, and personal challenges. Their testimonies reminded fellow students and interns that every lesson learned, sacrifice made, and challenge overcome can contribute to God’s greater purpose for those called to ministry.
Their stories encouraged the MBSI community to continue pursuing their calling with faith, perseverance, and confidence in God’s guidance.
Bishop Samuel S. Ferriol Encourages Students to Fulfill God’s Purpose
Delivering the exhortation for the evening, Bishop Samuel S. Ferriol, MBSI Administrator, reminded students and interns of the privilege and responsibility that come with being called by God.
He emphasized that believers are blessed to know that their lives have a divine purpose and that they are called to participate in God’s work while continually pursuing spiritual maturity in Christ.
As he concluded his message, Bishop Samuel congratulated the students and interns who were recognized and advanced. He encouraged them to embrace correction, instruction, and challenges as essential parts of their continued development and preparation for effective ministry.
MBSI Recognition and Advancement Ceremony Highlights
The MBSI Recognition and Advancement Ceremony was administered by the MBSI Committee, with Brother Raniel Mendoza and Pastor Rod Surilla announcing the advancement status of each student.
The ceremony honored students and interns through several recognition categories highlighting faithfulness, excellence, leadership, evangelism, and commitment to ministry.
Prayer Warrior Award
The Prayer Warrior Award was presented to students who achieved at least 70 percent attendance in devotional gatherings, recognizing their consistency and dedication to prayer.
Academic Excellence Award
The Academic Excellence Award honored students who demonstrated exceptional diligence, responsibility, and academic achievement throughout the school year.
Soul Winner Award
The Soul Winner Award recognized AMP interns who led at least two individuals to Christ and Bible students who led at least four individuals to Christ, highlighting their commitment to evangelism and the Great Commission.
HFGC Production Team Recognition
This recognition was given to students and interns who faithfully served with the HFGC Production Team and contributed significantly to the Church’s major evangelistic events.
Full-Time Ministry Recognition
The Full-Time Ministry Recognition honored AMP interns who responded to God’s call and committed themselves to full-time ministry service.
Evangelism Leaders Recognition
This recognition honored students who led and encouraged their fellow classmates in evangelistic efforts throughout the school year.
Batch Presidents Recognition
The Batch Presidents Recognition acknowledged student leaders who faithfully represented and served their respective batches.
Outstanding MSEB Officers Recognition
The Outstanding MSEB Officers Recognition was presented to officers who demonstrated excellence, dedication, and faithful leadership in their administrative responsibilities.
Each recognition served as a testimony of God’s grace and a reminder that faithful service to Him remains valuable in the work of His Kingdom.
Gratitude for Apostolic Leadership and Support
MBSI also expressed heartfelt appreciation to Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol, MBSI Chancellor, for his continued guidance, support, and personal investment in the training and development of Bible students and AMP interns.
Church leaders recognized the importance of Apostolic leadership, mentorship, and ministerial formation in preparing students for the responsibilities of Christian service.
Through continued instruction, spiritual formation, academic preparation, and ministry experience, MBSI seeks to equip students and interns to faithfully fulfill their calling and contribute to the mission of the Church.
Looking Forward to School Year 2026–2027
As School Year 2025–2026 came to a close, the MBSI community gave thanks and glory to God for His faithfulness, provision, and guidance throughout the academic year.
The MBSI Recognition and Advancement Ceremony not only celebrated the accomplishments of Bible students and AMP interns but also marked a transition toward another season of growth, preparation, and service.
With School Year 2026–2027 beginning, students, interns, faculty, and leaders move forward with renewed faith, humble hearts, and a deeper commitment to God’s calling.
The lessons, experiences, recognitions, and challenges of the past school year now become part of their continuing preparation for ministry. As they advance in their training, they are encouraged to pursue excellence in academics, remain steadfast in faith, grow in spiritual maturity, and faithfully use their gifts in service to God.
