Marikina, Philippines — In a historic moment for the Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch), the Church celebrated the grand inauguration of the Archbishop Arturo Ferriol Library on September 11, 2025. Situated at the newly completed PMCC 4th Watch Global Headquarters in Marikina, this landmark event underscores the Church’s unwavering commitment to theological education and ministerial excellence through the Maranatha Bible School International (MBSI).

A Historic Milestone Led by Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol

The library’s dedication was spearheaded by Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol, together with members of the Apostolic Council, the Apostolic Cabinet, the Ferriol family, and the MBSI community. The presence of Church leaders, bishops, and brethren from across the Philippines highlighted the significance of this academic milestone.

“This academic facility is a lasting gift to generations of future ministers,” read a statement from MBSI students, expressing deep gratitude to Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriol for his unwavering support and leadership in advancing theological education.

The dedication ceremony included solemn prayers, a powerful keynote from Apostle Jonathan, and a heartfelt response from Archbishop Arturo T. Ferriol, whose legacy is now eternally enshrined in this new center of learning.

Honoring the Life and Ministry of Archbishop Arturo T. Ferriol

The Archbishop Arturo Ferriol Library serves as a lasting tribute to the Church’s co-founder, a trailblazer in Apostolic ministry and Christian education. A faithful partner of the Goodman of the House, Apostle Arsenio T. Ferriol, Archbishop Arturo’s ministry has shaped generations of ministers and church leaders.

Starting his pastoral work at just 21 years old in Calapan, Oriental Mindoro, Archbishop Arturo later pursued academic excellence with a Bachelor’s degree in Guidance and Counselling from Divine Word College and a Master’s degree from De La Salle University-Manila. While actively pastoring, he also taught at the Bible School, eventually founding Maranatha Bible School in 1975—now known as Maranatha Bible School International (MBSI).

Alongside his wife, Pastor Lily Ferriol, he pioneered the influential TV program “Oras ng Katotohanan” and launched The Word Magazine, which continues to shape the Church’s media ministry today.

A Center of Excellence for Maranatha Bible School International

Located on the second floor of the PMCC 4th Watch Global Headquarters, the Archbishop Arturo Ferriol Library is now the heart of the academic life of Maranatha Bible School International. Designed to equip the next generation of Apostolic ministers, the library provides a sacred space for study, research, and spiritual formation.

Key Features of the Library:
